Expected Delivery Time

Fishing rods, reels, and fishing accessories ship within 7–14 business days after the order is placed.
Once your order ships:

5-Day Expedited Shipping

Orders will be shipped the next business day

Delivery will arrive within 5 business days
Weekend Orders
Orders placed on weekends will ship on Monday.
All orders are delivered Monday through Friday.

United States

Delivery time: 7–14 business days within the continental United States.

Customers located in Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, or U.S. military bases may wait up to 3 business weeks.
Canada

Fishing rods cannot be shipped to Canada.

Other products typically arrive 2–3 weeks after shipment.
Important Notes

Tracking information is only active while the package is within the United States.

Tracking updates may stop after the shipment crosses the Canadian border.

For expedited shipping, UPS will handle the delivery directly.

Fishing rods are only available within the United States and cannot be shipped to Canada.

Standard Shipping Fee

Fishing rods include an additional $12 shipping surcharge per order.
Tracking Your Order

Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to activate.

It is normal for tracking updates to not change for several days.
If your order contains multiple items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers because items may ship from different warehouse locations.

All shipments support forwarding services, meaning customers can change their shipping address while the package is in transit.

DewCoz offers a 60-day return policy on most U.S. orders, including:
